How we calculate and pay earnings to affiliates

Revshare and Hybrid Payouts

RevenueLab's finance team makes payments for Revshare and Hybrid earnings starting from the 25th to the end of each month for the previous month (on March 25 we make the February payment).

By the 24th, affiliate programs are finalized. This means that we reconcile the amounts due and receive payment from the parthners. It can happen that an affiliate brand is delayed with payment for several reasons. Such earnings for publishers will remain in the Hold status until the next payment. Outgoing Carryover will remain in the Outgoing Carryover status. The Adjustments tab will show any additional changes to the amount to be paid.

Payouts for tracker earnings

For CPA earnings, we make payments twice a month, on the 1st and 16th of each month for the corresponding period of the previous month. Before the payment, we carefully check your earnings with programs. During this verification process, some conversions may be sent to Declined status and some conversions may be rehabilitated. All conversions for payment will be moved to To pay status and once paid will move to Paid.

Tracking future and past earnings is convenient in the Earnings tab. Read the details in the article about the Earnings page.

For timely payments to the correct requisites, please update your payment details by the 15th of the month.

Read here how to add or update requisites in the interface.

Commission calculation and conversion of your payouts

After reconciliation, we start making payments. First, we convert your earnings, if necessary, into payout currencies - the currency of your payment method. To convert your earnings, we use a rate source we trust - Open exchange rates

On the payout day, we take the average rate for the previous day. The only exception is Bitcoin. To convert your earnings to BTC, we use minute-by-minute rates from the Bitstamp platform at the time of payment for special accuracy.

Next, we deduct the service's commission. You can see the percents of commissions for all payment systems available in Revenue Lab in your personal cabinet, tab Details. To do this, try to add the payment method you are interested in and pay attention to the tooltip on the right.

Here is an example of a full calculation of the amount to be paid, if the publisher earned 563.19 euros and decided to receive this amount in Bitcoin. For this currency, we use particularly accurate exchange rates.

Amount in statistics currency: 563.19 Euros
BTC exchange rate from the Bitstamp platform at the time of the payout: 53001
Reverse exchange rate: 1 / 53001 = 0.00001886756854 (the result is rounded to 14 digits).
Commission percentage for BTC payments: 0.5%
Аmount net of commission: 563.19 * 0.00001886756854 = 0.01062602592604 (rounded to 14 digits)
Commission amount: 0.01062602592604 - (0.01062602592604 * (1 - 0.5 / 100)) = 0.00005313012963 (rounded to 14 digits)
Amount to be paid: 0.01062602592604 - 0.00005313012963 = 0.010572895796410001 => rounded to 8 digits 0.01057290.
Rounding occurs because it is impossible to send a more accurate amount to the wallet. This amount will be sent to the affiliate.
